About Us

Dazzling Cakes was born in 2015 following a dream to turn a hobby into a profession.

 

I am a fully qualified chef, having completed an NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality and Catering at college. Prior to setting up Dazzling Cakes, I have spent most of my career in Norfolk and also overseas, including at two of the most reputed private member's clubs in New York and Florida. Since returning from the USA I've worked across the spectrum from fine dining and bistro to deli and gastro.

 

After the birth of my first child, I wanted to remain in catering, however making sure I have enough time to be also be a Dad to two wonderful kids, too. Setting up Dazzling Cakes has allowed me time to spend on these two things that fire my passion, and I can't wait to be able share my creations with you and your loved ones.
